1. Appointments & Booking
- All services are by appointment only to maintain a tranquil atmosphere.
- A credit card on file may be required to secure your appointment.
- We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes early to relax and prepare for your service.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- We require a 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
- No-call, no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
3. Late Arrivals
- If you arrive late, your service time may be shortened to avoid delaying the next appointment.
- If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule, and a cancellation fee may apply.
4. Payment & Gratuity
- We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments.
- Gratuities are greatly appreciated but not required; they may be given in cash or added to your card payment.
5. Health & Safety
- If you have any medical conditions, allergies, or are pregnant, please inform us before your appointment.
- Clients with skin conditions, infections, or recent surgeries may need to reschedule their appointments for safety reasons.
- For waxing services, please ensure hair growth is at least ¼ inch for best results.
6. Spa Etiquette
- Please silence your phones to maintain a peaceful environment.
- Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- We maintain a professional and respectful environment at all times.
7. Refunds & Satisfaction Policy
- Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds on treatments or products.
- If you are unsatisfied with a service, please inform us within 24 hours, and we will do our best to address your concerns.
8. Memberships & Packages
- Prepaid packages and memberships are non-refundable but may be transferred or used for alternative services upon approval.
- Memberships must be used within the designated time frame and cannot be extended.
